Shishidomia

Art inspiration: I am half Japanese half Colombian, and I use my art as a testament to the beauty of diversity and self-acceptance. Blending the boldness of pop art with the edginess of graffiti, I convey traditional Japanese motifs alongside the modernity of global street art, each piece telling an original story.

Style: My style is a mix of traditional Japanese styles with modern fashion and present symbols, creating a fictional world, a world where the beauty of the Japanese Edo period clashes with the power of present symbols of western culture. Through my art, I aim to unite street and traditional art, reshaping how society perceives the role of art. My unique fusion of Japanese tradition with modern aesthetics provides a fresh viewpoint, celebrating cultural heritage while also challenging contemporary art norms.
