Returns Policy

TWINMANGA gallery accepts returns on orders (except on all reduced items) within 7 days of the customer receiving their orders. Please be advised we do not accept cancellations or returns on orders due to change of mind or reasons other than faulty product.

 1. HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS

Please contact enquiries@twinmanga.com.au with your order number, and the email address you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
The products must be returned in new, unused and unwashed condition without any damage, with all the labels and tags still attached and original packaging.

 2. REFUND

Refunds for returned products shall be made using the payment method you used to purchase the products (credit card or PayPal).
Import duty and tax invoiced are excluded from refund.

 3. OUR POLICY

All products must be returned new, unused and unwashed condition without any damage, with all labels and tags still attached and original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

We are not able to accept any return of the products in the following conditions:

• When the products are used, washed or damaged by you.

• When Life style products are opened by you.

• When any label and tag was cut or removed from the products

• When any accessories are lost from the products

• When the products are specifically explained in advance that they are not able to be returned or refunded.
