Adam Handler
Art inspiration: Much of my inspiration comes from my close personal and family relationships. I also tend to become inspired by music, film, nature and the artists that came before me.
Style: If I had to label my style it would be Folk and Outsider Art considering I am a “self-taught” Artist. The movements that my work has been compared to are Art Brut and Neo-expressionism.
Favourite Artists: Constantin Brancusi
Favourite piece you have worked on: I would say one of my favorite works I created was during the pandemic. It was a very large-scale family portrait of my wife and two boys.
Achievements: I would say being able to live my life as a full-time artist has been my greatest achievement. More recently my solo exhibition in Macau with Artelli was one of my greatest artistic achievements; where I created my first large-scale sculptures, digital artworks and live painting performance.
